1. About Us

Sophia Anthony is a luxury handbag brand based in Lagos, Nigeria. We sell globally through sophiaanthonyy.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale. When we say “we” or “Sophia Anthony”, we mean Sophia Anthony and its operators.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is only formed once we confirm your order by email and your payment goes through. We can refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred.

All orders depend on stock availability. If something becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and give you a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. We can change prices at any time but the price on your order is the price you pay.

Payment is handled securely by Paystack. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store your card details. All payment information is managed by Paystack.

Your order is only fulfilled once payment is confirmed. If your payment fails, your order will be cancelled.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, public holidays, or things outside our control.

• Nigeria: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch
• West Africa: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
• International: 7 to 21 business days after dispatch

Shipping fees are shown at checkout. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility. These are not included in our prices and are not refundable.

Risk of loss passes to you once the item is handed to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We care deeply about the quality of everything we make. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sophiaanthonyy.com with your order number and photos.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Because every bag is handcrafted, small variations in texture, colour or finish are part of the product. They are not defects.

If a return is approved, the item must come back in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are on you unless the return is our fault.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. We will email you when your refund is on its way. How quickly it arrives depends on your bank.

We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is our fault (wrong item sent or confirmed defect).

7. Product Descriptions

We do our best to show products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device. Because our bags are handcrafted, the final item may vary slightly from product images. That is the nature of the work.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including product images, text, brand identity and design belongs to Sophia Anthony. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Sophia Anthony is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, without affecting any consumer rights you may have in your own country.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you continue to use our website or place an order after an update, you accept the new terms.
